Spring: Wake Up Your Lawn
Spring is all about renewal. Start by clearing debris left over from winter, aerating compacted soil, and applying fertilizer to encourage deep root growth. This is also a great time to overseed any thin or patchy areas before the summer heat sets in.
Summer: Mow Smart, Water Deep
Hot weather stresses grass. Keep your mower blades sharp and avoid cutting more than one-third of the blade length at a time. Water deeply but infrequently — ideally early in the morning to prevent evaporation. Mulching clippings helps retain moisture and adds nutrients back into the soil.
Fall: Prepare for Rest
As temperatures drop, give your lawn one last boost with a slow-release fertilizer. Rake up leaves to avoid suffocating your grass and consider another round of aeration. Overseeding in fall allows new grass to take root before winter dormancy.
Winter: Let It Breathe
Most lawns go dormant in winter, but light maintenance still helps. Keep debris off the grass and avoid walking on frozen turf to prevent damage.
They took the time to understand what we wanted and delivered exactly that — a clean, beautiful yard we’re proud to show off.
